I adapt all of my regular recipes to make them slimming world friendly; adding my own twist to dishes through experimenting with food that is ALWAYS full of flavour. I am simply not someone that can eat bland a boring food, so you wont find any ‘boiled veg and plain pasta’ style meals on this this blog.
